At Northman+, every Jacket is crafted with care in our workshop. Because of the artisanal process involved, our shipping times vary depending on the type of order:

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Ready-to-Wear (RTW): THE SIZES MENTIONED ON OUR WEBSITE ARE FOR REFERENCE , THERE ARE NO READY SIZES AVAIBALE , EVERY PIECE IS MADE ON ORDER , AS WE ARE A ZERO INVENTORY BRAND , WE MAKE EVERY JACKET ON ORDER BASIS, ON EVERY ORDER YOU WILL RECIEVE AND EMAIL , IMESSAGE , AND A CALL FOR CONFIRMATION FOR YOUR SIZE. *THERE IS NO REFUND OR RETURN AVAILABLE ON JACKETS AS THESE ARE ALL MADE ON ORDER AND WE MAKE THEM ACCORDING TO YOUR SIZE. PLEASE SEE- THERE IS NO READY TO WEAR COLLECTION ON OUR WEBSITE , AS WE ARE A BESPOKE BRAND. HOWEVER - TURN AROUND TIME FOR A JACKET IS MENTIONED ON EACH PRODUCT. 

• Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• During peak seasons (holiday periods, sales, etc.), processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Shipping Methods

• Domestic (India): Orders ship via trusted courier partners. Please allow 1–3 working days for dispatch. Rural addresses may require additional transit time.

• International: We use DHL Express as our standard courier. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Delivery timelines vary by destination. 

THERE ARE AT TIMES WE USE UPS DELIVERY , IT USUALLY DEPENDS WHICH EVER IS CHEAP AND FASTEST.

⚠️ Note: We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

Taxes, Duties & Customs

• Domestic Orders (India): Customers are responsible for any taxes or fees charged by state authorities.

• International Orders: Import duties, VAT/GST, and applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges must be paid in accordance with local regulations. We have no control over local taxes , country taxes , import duties.

• If an international shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, or failure to accept delivery, all applicable return shipping fees, duties, and taxes will be deducted from your end, AND COST OF THE PRODUCT , i.e ORDER AMOUNT , WILL NOT BE REFUNDED . (REASON BEING , EVERY PIECE IS TAILOR MADE FOR YOUR MEASUREMENTS). EVERY JACKET IS MADE ACCORDING YOUR GIVEN MEASUREMENTS.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

• Domestic India: 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

• International: Typically 7-10 working days via DHL Express, depending on customs clearance in your country.
