For Bespoke Leather Jackets and shoes
Custom or bespoke items that are made to order with your specifications-
FOR LEATHER JACKETS- , when you order the Jacket , it is tailor made as per your body dimensions , there is a size chart for your reference in the products sections , you can select the size or send us your body measurements for better fittings.
FOR BESPOKE SHOES –
Shoes are completely unused, which means that there should not be any scratch or use marks on the sole or upper of the shoe
They should be packed in the original packaging
For return reasons please take great care when you first try on your shoes to avoid leather marking and other sole stains. If you are trying to assess the size/fit of the shoes, please walk on a carpet or a clean surface to avoid sole damages.
Items that cannot be returned-
Items that are worn out or used and not returned in the original condition or packaging.
Sorry, we do not refund or exchange used products. If you have any questions about a product, please let us know prior to purchase - we're happy to help find the perfect product for you. We also have a pretty robust Advice section!
To return an unused item (must be in new condition, in original packaging), please ship it back to us ideally with the original packaging and a copy of the invoice within 12 days of date of purchase. We will provide a full refund minus the cost of the original shipping (if applicable). For your protection it is best if you return the item using a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number.
We do not do any exchanges at this time. You are more than welcome to send your order back if unused, but if you want something else instead the easiest and only way to do it is to place a new order. When we receive the original order we will provide a full refund minus the shipping if applicable.
Cancelling An Order
Our products are handmade and handcrafted , the moment we get the order, we start working on it within3 Hrs and try to complete in the specific given time of 5 – 7 days , Our goal is to ship all orders in less than 7 business day. If you need to cancel an order, let us know asap. You can cancel your order on your own via account login or order confirmation email. Cancellations are not possible after the package has been shipped. Cancellations after shipment will be refunded (product cost less shipping) if the package is returned unopened.

What Is The Cost?
Shipping internationally costs only $20-$30 flat rate (Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia) + you have to pay for your own countries customs and duties fees. We also provide FREEshipping to ALL international locations if the order is over $100 (plus duties/customs of course).
Those extra fees have nothing to do with us unfortunately, every international shipment from any company will incur these charges. So, please be prepared to pay an extra fee from customs in order to receive your package.
How Long Does It Take?
We get out all orders within 5-7 business day from our warehouse. Shipping internationally typically can take 7-12 business days for you to receive the order. It's not the fastest we know that, but that's how we're able to offer such a low shipping rate. Customs can hold a package for a number of days. If you haven't received your order within three weeks, let us know by contacting us on firstname.lastname@example.org
What's The Deal With Duties & Fees?
You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses we incurred to ship you the package, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping. We discount all our international shipping costs for customer convenience - we don't make a dime on shipping.
