Shipping Policy — Northman Plus

Production & Dispatch All Northman Plus jackets are made to order. Please allow 10–15 business days for production before your order is dispatched. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your jacket ships.

India Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1,499. A shipping charge of ₹50 applies on orders of ₹1,499 or less.
  • Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of production completion and delivered within 4–6 days thereafter.

  • The full order amount will be refunded if an order is lost or undelivered.

United States & Canada

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after production is complete.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. US and Canadian customers may be subject to import duties and customs fees upon delivery — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

International Shipping (EU & Rest of World)

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Western Europe (DE, FR, NL, BE, AT, IE, LU): 3–6 business days
  • Southern Europe (IT, ES, PT, GR, MT, CY): 4–7 business days
  • Nordic & EEA (SE, DK, FI, NO, IS, LI): 5–8 business days
  • Eastern Europe (PL, CZ, SK, HU, RO, BG, HR, SI, EE, LV, LT): 5–9 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Shipping rates are weight-based and calculated at checkout.

Import Duties & Taxes: Orders to EU member states are fulfilled DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customers in Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein may be subject to additional import duties payable upon delivery — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking A tracking link will be shared via email once your order ships. By providing your email at checkout, you consent to receiving shipping notifications in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Returns & Exchanges As each jacket is made to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Faulty or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost.
