Return & Refund Policy — Northman Plus
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
Important exception: All Northman Plus jackets are custom made to order and personalised to your specifications. They are therefore exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to your purchase.
No Returns on Custom Orders As every jacket is individually crafted to your measurements and specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. We strongly encourage you to review your measurements carefully before placing an order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If your jacket arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, we will make it right at no cost to you. Please contact us at northmanplus@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card provider first, then reach out to us at northmanplus@gmail.com.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations cannot be accepted.
